Fees
We are a mixed-billing practice.
Cancellations: Please note we require a minimum of 2-hours notice prior to your appointment to cancel, otherwise a fee of $50.00 applies for "did not attend" or late cancellations. A minimum of 2-hours notice allows us to offer that appointment to someone else who is on our waiting list or needs to see a doctor on the day.
This fee needs to be settled prior to booking your next appointment and does not attract a Medicare rebate.

We bulk bill children 15 years of age and under, DVA, Pensioners and Health Care card holders*.
Please note, Commonwealth Senior Health cards are not eligible for bulk billing.
Bulk billing for patients of Dr Srishti Dutta are only eligible for the following:
- Children aged 15 years and younger with a valid Medicare card
- Pension card holders 65 years and older
*Bulk billing does not apply to any weekend/public holiday/after hours services. You will be privately charged for these services. You will be advised at the time of booking if this fee applies.
Please ask reception for a full list of fees. Medicare rebates apply to those who are eligible. A surcharge fee is applicable to all credit and debit card payments to cover additional costs.
Some procedures might incur a treatment room fee charge.
Telephone Consultations
Telephone consultations will be charged at the same rate as in-person consultations. As per the latest Medicare rules, patients who have not had a face-to-face consultation in the clinic in the last 12 months are not eligible for any Medicare rebate.
Skin Checks

- Patients aged over 65 years with a valid pension card and children under 15 years will be bulk billed for skin checks.
- DVA Gold Card holders will be billed directly to DVA.
- Skin checks are not performed on weekends.
Skin Procedures
Out of Pocket Fees
The treating doctor will provide you with a quote for the full costs involved prior to booking the procedure. We do require the total cost to be paid on the day of your procedure. We will then lodge your Medicare claim on your behalf to process your rebate.

- DVA Gold Card holders will have their procedures billed directly to DVA.
- If requested, you can be referred to a plastic surgeon or public hospital for your treatment.
We understand that time is a valuable asset. Therefore we try our best to stay on time, however, sometimes due to emergencies this is not possible. Our reception staff will do their best to inform you should a doctor be running late. In return we ask that you help us stay on time by understanding the difference between a standard consultation and a long consultation.
