NOTE: Repeat prescriptions for medications deemed addictive, such as opiates and benzodiazepines, are not provided through this service. This service is paid for privately and does not have a Medicare rebate.

This service is provided only to existing patients of Warner Family Medical Practice.

The issuing of repeat prescriptions will be entirely under the discretion of the practitioner and will only be considered for medications that have previously been approved and prescribed to you by this practice and are due for renewal. Requests will only be completed by your regular doctor at the clinic. If your doctor needs to discuss your prescription for any reason, our reception team will contact you to arrange an appointment.

Approved prescriptions through this service can be collected from the clinic, or sent to you as a QR code. A fee of $20.00 applies to this service.
